My wife and I called with little advanced notice. We had a prompt reply and they sent a gentleman named Joshua to our hotel to pick us up. We were treated like royalty. A comfortable ride to the park, informative conversation along the way and a great guide in the park made our visit special.

The bus needs upgrades. Rest was good experience, boat ride was fun, alligators in the sand pit were responsive to music and roll call :)

We had a great experience from pickup, the short drive there, and our return!!! Alligator Al was super interactive with our group and wanted to know where everyone was from and why we were in town!! “ Tennessee Whiskey” had a blast!! Our boys enjoyed it and we ended up seeing 4-5 gators long the way as we didn’t know how many we had the potential of seeing! The gator show was great as well!! On top of it all my boys got their picture made with the baby gator and snake and they can’t wait to tell their friends about it!! The music, the history along the way there and back, and the BoatYard restaurant recommendation was a 12/10.
