Absolutely one of the best things that I did on my trip to Florida! Garl is one of the lovliest and most knowledgeable guides. He really made the whole experience come to life. I couldn’t imagine having really seen the Everglades without this tour. Most people come, drive the road, see a gator and leave. This tour actually gets you into and interacting with the park. We saw much more wildlife than we ever would have solo! It’s a full day of exercise so come prepared with snacks, water, sunscreen and sturdy shoes and clothing. PS dont miss the optional end of day night tour! Thank you Garl!!

Simply put I can't see how anyone could give a better tour than these guys. You know it's going to be a good time when you stop in the middle of nowhere and the guide says...would you like a walking stick? Excellent knowledge of the wildlife and vegetation. We got to meet Snaggletooth, the VERY large alligator, watched a vulture capture a fish and eat it, found a few snakes, watched another alligator snatch up and devour a fish (was awesome), paddled through some beautiful mangroves, and watched fish nearly jump into the kayaks. What more do you need?!? On top of that we were offered a cooler to keep our food in while we paddled and the guide took all the pictures for us so we didn't need to bring a camera or worry about losing anything in the water. Hospitality + expert knowledge = winners in my book.

One of our all-time favorite outings! Garl continually kept our needs in mind throughout the day inquiring whether we were hungry, wanted to take a break, what we wanted to experience, or whether we had any other needs. Garl was a fountain of fascinating information about his "office", the Everglades, which included history of the park characteristics, habits, and location of the animals. He instilled an appreciation of each alligator's and crocodile's unique personalities, while carrying healthy respect for their wild and individual potential. He assisted us in identifying birds and snakes we were unfamiliar with. He always stayed ahead of us whether on the trail, wading or kayaking to insure our safety and enjoyment. His love and enthusiasm for the natural beauty of the park was contagious and exciting. We shall return!
