In regards to the frustrations you experienced on the ground at the Grand Canyon, we completely understand your complaint. Unfortunately, we do not oversee the ground operations, the shuttle service nor operate the tour bus that departs Las Vegas. We do control the scheduling of our aircraft and the amount of people we fly out and always try to take into consideration how the crowds will be on the ground.
