Great whale watching experience. Peter "The Captain" was informative and did a great job finding and getting us close to the whales as well as some of the other sea life available to be seen. Mary was incredibly informative about the different pods and how the Orcas live with one and other. In addition, our ferry was about 10 minutes late and they waited for us. We highly recommend Orcas Island Eclipse Charters.

Can't say enough good things about our trip. The boat is comfortable and spotless inside & out. This is a family owned business and Cpt Dan and his wife Denise go the extra mile to get you where the wildlife is. We did not see Orcas but saw humpback whales, sea lions, and a bald eagle. Any day on the water is a good day. You won't be disappointed.

We come whale watching every year, and usually go with this company because they really are the best. The covered cabin is comfortable. They are friendly and informative. This trip we saw so many orcas. I highly recommend coming in August. In the past our trips were in May. In other trips we have seen humpbacks and minke whales as well but orcas are of course the most fun to see. This particular trip they wasted no time looking for seals, eagles etc and got right to the orcas. Which I really appreciate. We were able to observe them for a long time. My 5 year old even got to sit up front with the captain. The upper sitting area is for adults only so they make sure and mention that those without kids should save the bow of the boat for the families that have little ones.
