After being seated we waited over 20 minutes for somebody to come over to us to take an order - even for drinks! The starter was not great and wasn't helped that five minutes after the starter arrived the main was put on the table, meaning that either we stopped eating the starter and had a hot main, or continued with starter and let the main go cold. Had to remind waitress about part of our order (side salad) which then arrive 10 minutes later. When requesting that the gratuity and tips were removed from the bill the waitress then decided to argue with us and tell us it couldn't be done. In the end had to get manager over to resolve and get it removed. Overall very disappointed with this restaurant, the attitude of the waitress, the poor service and the poor quality food. Wouldn't return again and has put us off Hard Rock Cafe in other locations too.

Really disappointed in our visit. Staff clearly too few and overworked, our table was brought incorrect orders and we had to wait long periods to order our drinks etc. Food is over priced for what it is, it did taste okay but my partner and I had equally tasting food for half the price in other nice locations. Decor is poor, and overall was disappointed with the whole experience. The soundtrack to our meal was from rock greats such as Missy Elliott, Dua Lipa (twice), Beyonce (twice) and Katy Perry. Not a hard rock cafe. An overpriced burger place.

So to start off, It was a cold day and they left all the outside doors open so was pretty cold in the restaurant. We came to the restaurant as a couple, one ordered a burger and one wanted the flatbread starter but as a main course instead so we could be eating at the same time. For some reason the restaurant didnt seem to understand what this meant and despite saying numerous times, the food still did not arrive together and had to be cooked last minute. We are hard rock glass collectors and not once did the staff ask whether we wanted to upgrade our drink to a collectible. In the end, we asked ourself before paying and the staff still did not seem to understand this. Your a Hard Rock Cafe, you sell the glasses in your shop which is attached to the restaurant, it really isn’t hard. This is standard for all of the hard rocks out there. Then to top it off, the females toilets had poo in them which blocked the toilets and in the others there was no toilet roll at all. The restaurant probably only had 10 tables in, it was hardly packed for them to keep on top of the service. Overall the hard rock itself here is small and not much memorabilia on the walls. The tip at the end on the receipt also seemed to add two mandatory lots!! Pricey!
