See Landmark locations including: the Hollywood Sign, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood “Walk of Fame,” Beverly Hills Sign, Rodeo Drive, the Whisky A Go Go, the Beverly Hills Hotel, Sunset Plaza, and the Sunset Strip; including the restaurants and clubs where celebrities dine daily and hang out nightly. The tour duration is 2 hours provided by Ultimate Hollywood Tours. Movie and Film locations throughout Hollywood and Beverly Hills are included.

My parents and I had Bea as our driver, tour guide, and entertainer! She was so funny and made the tour very enjoyable. It was great to take this tour, get an overview of the area, and find destinations to return to!

Jeremy was an excellent tour guide! This is a great option to see the highlights of Hollywood without the stress of traffic and parking.

We'd booked through Expedia, went into the office and checked in easily. All the staff were brilliant, friendly, talkative and willing to answer any questions. We then watched a quick safety video and headed on out. This is when we noticed the sign in the truck expecting us to tip $10. Now I know this is America and a tipping culture but $10 for something we only paid $25 for online seems a bit steep. Regardless the trip continued and we loved it apart from the 2 near death experiences when the driver wasn't looking at the road. Anyway we we're more than happy until we arrived back, we headed into the office to use the restroom and then we had planned to tip once we had change. While queuing for the restroom the driver came in shouting with a stubborn child like expression about how he wished he'd done the same tour with diffrent customers as he thought he'd get tipped more. This totally ruined it for me and possibly even the next lot of customer's waiting in the lobby at the time too. I headed over and handed him the tip after I'd used the restroom, I give him $5 as his attitude was shambolic. He let the whole place down. Else I would of recommended this place, go elsewhere. There's plent of tours up and down Hollywood and probably more customer friendly.

Bradley, I apologize and feel worse than you can imagine. To have a passenger write that they had a trip that they "loved" and were treated by a staff that was "brilliant, friendly, talkative and willing to answer any questions" means that was a 5 Star Tour experience for sure. Then to have had that same tour ruined by a tour guides conversation over a tip is shameful. Tour guide tips are just like food server tips, if the product and service were excellent tips are generally a part of the event with the amount clearly at the discretion of the guest. We have the fifteen best tour guides in Hollywood and they perform well. This was not "doing" well and never should have taken place. We have met with every tour guide and explained the companies position again to each of them. I apologize from turning an exciting event into an unpleasant one. Obviously if you are ever back in Los Angeles we would love the chance to make this up to you. Steve Bauer
