Pull behind attachments are not allowed on the ebikes.
Child seat attachments are not allowed on the ebikes.
All riders must be 16 years of age or older
Pets may not accompany you on your ebike rental.
Start times at the Hull's Cove Visitor Center are exact.
Cruise ship passengers will need to arrange travel to Hulls Cove Visitor Center as we have no human transport vehicles. We recommend the Island Explorer (free) or Cadillac Mtn. Shuttle (taxi). PLEASE plan this in advance.
Ebike battery charges last 30 to 50 miles depending on the effort and body weight of the renter.
All ebikes are class 1 (pedaling required) consistent with park service rules
We will text you 24 hours before your rental to remind you of the location and start time.
All ebikes come with an insulated bag, lock, phone holder, helmet and map.
All participants need to be capable of riding a typical pedal bike.

We loved our ebike tour, it was our favorite activity in Acadia. The bikes were easy to use and definitely the best way to see a lot of the park. The provided cooler was great for our lunch that we packed. Only negative is how uncomfortable the seats were. We would definitely do this again.

Loved the tour and riding around the park. Map needs to be more detailed. Seemed as though everyone, not just Island Time, had trouble finding their way around. Park is beautiful.

Awesome bike ride. Would definitely do it again. Shuttle from downtown Bar Harbor was definitely convenient. The weather was perfect. Picking up the bikes was seamless..
