Child seat attachments are not allowed on the ebikes.
All riders must be 16 years of age or older
Pets may not accompany you on your ebike rental.
Start times at the Hull's Cove Visitor Center are exact.
Cruise ship passengers will need to arrange travel to Hulls Cove Visitor Center as we have no human transport vehicles. We recommend the Island Explorer (free) or Cadillac Mtn. Shuttle (taxi). PLEASE plan this in advance.
Ebike battery charges last 30 to 50 miles depending on the effort and body weight of the renter.
All ebikes are class 1 (pedaling required) consistent with park service rules
We will text you 24 hours before your rental to remind you of the location and start time.
All ebikes come with an insulated bag, lock, phone holder, helmet and map.
All participants need to be capable of riding a typical pedal bike.

IslandTime Ebikes did a great job! Since we have a trailer hitch for our car, they were able to provide us with the appropriate bike rack for 4 ebikes, which the company owner helped us attach to our car, and mount the ebikes. The bikes were fully charged, and the brief lesson and trial use in the parking lot before we left was just right. We were off for an fun day of riding! The bikes were in excellent condition, supplied with helmets, good size packs that held our lunches, and we were given a map of the carriage paths as well. We enjoyed the independence and flexibility of going where and when we wanted through the park. On our return, we had good help unloading the bikes and the rack. Everyone we interacted with from the company was friendly, helpful, and informative. Great job!

The Eagle Lake trail was absolutely gorgeous & we had a picture perfect clear blue sky day to enjoy on our e-bike ride! Stopping at Jordon Pond was a great way to take a break from riding. Every hill and turn had a spectacular view to admire & stop to take a selfie! Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed the 22 mile 4hr ride. Pete was our guide. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable during the entire ride. Thoughtful and courteous. We are 79 and 75 years old respectively Never felt safer. Highly recommended
