Viator was not easy to contact to change travel plans. Nor was I told I had to reach out to the shuttle or the name of the service to schedule my ride. I was stuck at the airport for 90 minutes waiting.

I arrived at the airport and had to wait for an hour before the van arrived. I was the first one to get on and it went to 4 to 5 different terminals picking up other passengers before heading to Manhattan. It took me more than 3 hours to get to my hotel.

It was easy booking from airport to hotel but could not figure out how to book hotel to airport so we ended up using someone else
