Overall it was fine. Wouldn’t go through Viator again, as we couldn’t reach the actual vendor with questions. Responses were not timely. The instructions were too vague. Emails asking for more specific instructions re: meeting place were never answered. When we arrived and called, we had to provide all the same info we'd already completed. Person on phone told us driver was already “there”, implying he was on his way inside to get us. We still waited another 20 minutes (which would have been fine, if we felt secure we were in the right location and they had told us 20 minutes). We were lucky, another terminal customer waited 90 minutes. Finally, just because a van seats that many, doesn’t mean it should. On our van, some folks spread out across the bench seats and later pickups were seriously clinging to little bits of seats.
Also, the reason we chose Viator was that we had discount codes. We input the codes; but, none of the discounts showed up on the charges.
