I booked a return trip via Airlink, easy to use Web page, first ride was from JFK airport to hotel, I confirmed I landed and they sent a car and not the shared bus ride. They upgraded me with no extra charge. Driver was pleasent and chatted. He did take calls, I believe maybe work related and did not impead on the experience. Felt safe, driver got me there in good time. Return journey - from Springhill Suites to JFK, different driver than I was expecting, very chatty, courteous and made the ride back to the airport enjoyable. Driver let me ride up front, one other family were picked up after me. Driver got us to the airport in plenty of time, felt safe, sorry didn't catch his name or phone number. Would definitely use again.

Started out great with a text when I landed on where to go. Went there and confirmed i was at the right place and to go outside and look for a van with a certain license plate. Found other people who had been waiting over an hour for airlink. Eventually the driver came and she scolded us for being at the wrong place and walked us several hundred yards to where she clamed was the right place. Then she missed the first drop off though the directions could clearly be seen on her app. With the amount of traffic, that was at least a 15 minute mistake. Eventually, I had no confidence she would ever get to my hotel so i walked a mile and a half with my luggage. I'll NEVER GO AIRLINK NYC again

I would give this no stars if I could! I booked a shuttle bus from JFK to Manhattan. I got moved from my original flight and so messaged Viator with my new flight number and arrival time. When I arrived at JFK and made contact with the shuttle company I was told I had been marked as a ‘no show’ as Viator had not been passed on the change in details. At additional expense I had to pay for a taxi. Really poor service.
