Driver was great. Ride took longer than I thought as we had to pick up and drop of other folks. Would probably take a taxi next time to save time.

Took us four hours to get from JFK airport to our hotel and lower Manhattan. The company you set me up with for transportation was very unorganized did not pick us up for two hours had to stand at the airport and wait and then it took another two hours to get to the hotel. .
