I paid for a transfer - arrived at the airport to be told that they had not received an email confirmation (despite me telling them my booking reference number) - and that I should contact viator for a refund - this is nearly impossible - I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone, and the email that you sent to me has a 'no-reply' email address. Very frustrating, and cost me nearly $100 extra to get into Manhattan

Driver was questionable as to whether he should still have a license. Ran several red lights, could not communicate clearly, and the van smelled like heavy smokers.

GO Airlink was wonderful. My flight was almost three hours late (ugh) and GO Airlink was so accommodating - they even upgraded me to a private pick up. Mohammed, my driver, was friendly and a great driver. The car was clean. Safety was his first priority. I will definitely use GO Airlink again.
