Everything went well, hooked up at terminal in less than 20 minutes and our group of 3 was the first dropped off. It took over an hour but traffic was very heavy.

We phoned the day before to arrange the pick up as advised, but we were told the time we requested was not available. We were given 2 options instead. On the day the driver was over 30 minutes late and we had to phone to find out what was happening. When she arrived there was no apology and she didn't seem concerned. We were the first pick up so all the other pick ups following ours were also 30 mins late. We then got struck in traffic to the airport meaning it was slightly fraught for everyone as we had flights to catch. I wouldn't use this service again.

Driver was punctual and helped with the luggage. We had an uneventful trip to our hotel, the Comfort Inn Mid Manhattan I would use Viator on my next visit to NY..
