Driver pleasant enough, only had to wait for 15 minutes at JFK for transfer to arrive, bit of a pain having to go from one terminal to another and then another to collect other passengers before we even got on our way. For some reason I thought we would all be in the same terminal, it did take at least 2 hours to get to our hotel in Manhatton but we were taken right to the door. it was a shared transfer so I shouldn't have expected too much! For that reason we booked a private economy transfer for the return journey, but that was an absolute disaster, check out review for that and you cant say you havent been warned!!

Your pick up service from JFK to Hotel Edison in Midtown was excellent, with just a short wait at the airport. We made the mistake of booking a return from the travel desk at the hotel and it was a nightmare. We will make sure to book both ways with viator next time!

Took far too long to arrive at our hotel. We were within two blocks of our hotel, but bypassed it and did not get to our hotel for another 30 minutes. The entire trip from pick-up to reach our hotel took over two hours. Next time we will book a private transfer or take Uber.
