We waited for 2 hours to get on our bus! I will never use you again. The express bus we used for our departure was much better

Terrible service! I arrived at the airport at 11:30pm, I was told upon arrival I was going to have to wait 45-60min before the shuttle would arrive. I asked dispatch why to get a reply of That's how long it will take. As I had not had dinner I walked and got something to eat, I was gone for 15 minutes and the driver turned up, my wife told the driver I would be back in a minute and asked if he could wait, as we were told by dispatch it would be 45-60min wait and I shouldn't be too much longer. The driver was rude refused to wait and argued with my wife before leaving, embarrassing her. I then had to call and rebook another shuttle which took over an hour. I will never use this service again!

When we got to the airport the lady that assisted us was rude and rushed. Waited a long time for the shuttle to arrive and then the driver was rushed and had a lot of people in the van and the driver was constantly on the phone dealing with private issues and got annoyed when a previous passenger had left luggage behind. had to go to a gas station to fill up which he should have done prior to fetching people at the airport. Not impressed with the service and will probably not use it again.
