I have waited 1 hour at the airport since the shuttle was 35 minutes late. plus not clear indication, confused instructions... not good.

I was not impressed with this service nor would I ever use it again. When I arrived at LGA, none of my information I provided for this service was at the desk. She had to enter in all of my information again they were going to make me pay again, thankfully I had my printed document with me and I had to wait 25 minutes for the van. The van picked up several other people and I did not get to my hotel for 2 hours after my plane landed and I had my luggage in hand. The driver was also rude. I will not ever use this means of transportation again.

Upon arrival at the airport, the instructions had me going to the transportation help desk for directions. Only problem was, the help desk closed at 10:30 p.m. and my flight arrived at midnight. So be aware of that little hiccup if your flight arrives late. A call to the transfer company, though, and I was good to go. Driver arrived, called my name, and escorted us to the van. It was full of passengers. The driver was kind of speedy, not that I am complaining it was late and I couldn't wait to get to my hotel. All in all, I would recommend this service.
