Staff were rude to travellers, waiting time on our ticket was half an hour waited 2 hours for our transfer, when I queried when would we be taken to our hotel I was told to call the firm and find out he just dispatched people to vans. The gentleman at the desk did in the end call to find ou when we would be collected and surprisingly it was the next van out!!
