It's easy to find the booth, just follow the instruction given and you can see it right next to the door. However, it was a messy the day I arrived Saturday afternoon. For some reason they ran out of van and we had to wait for a long time. I saw some customer walking away, taking cab after half an hour waiting for the van. I waited for almost 1 hour and finally a driver came and collected all remaining customer waiting for a van at the booth. He tried his best to get us all in the van since you all can see they don't have any other van, so come on, we go to the hotels now. The van was old and almost falling apart but the driver drove carefully. He helped with my luggages and generally was a nice person. I guess I still use the service in the future again since it's cheaper than taking cab on my own and I still got to the hotel at the end.
