This was a terrible experience. Arrived at the airport only to be told that the service does not run to the Bronx. This was not indicated while booking!

30 minute wait after you 'check in' at the transportation desk. When we finally got on the road the driver took the most convient route for him as opposed to his passengers. Air train and metro would have been quicker, more comfortable and less frustraiting.
