Dreadful. Lots of confusion at JFK, lots of people waiting. A driver called us after 30 minutes, and 11 people were taken out to the bus. The driver then decided to drop one man at 165th St first, so the rest of us had to travel for 2 hours right up past Harlem to drop this one man off. Notwithstanding, everyone else was going to MidTown. And then we were stuck in traffic.
Would not use again. Would use the Airtrain, 7.50 and doesn't get stuck in traffic.

We waited for an hour for the transport and then anther hour when the driver disappeared. When he returned, he was again very rude

The ride was wonderful but had to wait about 45 minutes for it to arrive at the airport. After flying from the West Coast it had been a really long day and we were very tired so the waiting was very hard.
