Worst deal, never showed up. Called repeatedly and they said no name on file but my credit card said different. Won't ever use for transport service. They didn't even try to make good on the problem.

even though I had informed the company of our flight details we still had to wait 45 minutes for our taxi bus to arrive. a journey that should have taken 30 minutes from jfk airport to times square took 1 hour 45 minutes. the driver explained that there was a parade and 5th avenue was closed. we began to believe that the driver was lost as on at least 2 occasions we went past the same landmark. this was all we needed after a 7 hour flight. we arrived into the airport at 10 30 am and didn't get to our hotel until 2 30pm. we had already went through immigration and customs at Dublin airport so we were able to go directly to baggage reclaim. taxi didn't arrive until 12 20 and we didn't arrive at our hotel until 2 30. I wouldn't use this method of getting into the city centre again.

Van shuttle 45 min late for airport pickup. Total time from getting on this shared shuttle to hotel little over hour and half. We were last of five hotel stops. Good value for price paid. Driver and passengers very friendly and good company.
