I highly recommend this sail! It was our first time snorkeling, and we were super nervous. The staff members were highly knowledgeable, professional and caring. They were super helpful when it came to getting into our gear properly, and kept an eye on everyone while they were in the water to not only ensure complete safety, but also comfort. For my friend and I, it was a little more overwhelming than we expected. We only lasted about 15 minutes in the open water, but it was such a memorable experience, and we plan on going back now that we have some experience under our belts of what to expect. Thank you, sailboat team, for taking good care of us... we can't wait to come back!

Only a few people could even get in the water because it was so rough. They had to rescue one man that was nearly drowning from the rough water and screamed at us until we jumped in. I had to hold onto a rope attached to the boat to not drown. I took in a lot of water as well. Then I climbed back in. My kids never got in the water at all. My entire family did not get to snorkel. None of us ended up getting the included cocktails because they expected a 20% gratuity and we also were getting sea sick from the rough waters. I understand they can’t control the weather but it should have been partially refunded or canceled. It was a very expensive boat ride. Asked for partial refund since the purpose of the trip couldn’t be completed and they denied it. Extremely disappointed.

We almost left Key West without snorkeling. So glad we booked this our last day there. The crew was very attentive and informative. Highly recommend this excursion.
