Absolutely the worst tour ever. I have used Viator both in the US and overseas countless times and, until now have been satisfied. The tour guide spent more time talking about his tip than giving us history. In fact he instructed us on the cost of appetizers and dinner to help us determine the amount of tip we should give him. We had several older guests in our party and he just left them in the dust with no concern. I could go on and on.

We had a disappointing experience on this tour. Too long. Too dry. Not very engaging. I give our guide a ton of credit for putting himself out there to share his passion for paranormal activity and if you told me it was his first week on the job I would have completely understood. Unfortunately, we paid money to take the tour and I don’t feel that even our minimum expectations were met.

Tour guide was great. He was very informative and captivating. The tour was about an hour long and spanned a good amount of area around the the center of Newport.
