PLEASE NOTE that visibility of the northern lights (aurora) is not guaranteed. It is a natural phenomenon we have no control over and no refunds will be given if the aurora cannot be seen.

The road to Murphy Dome is steep and if it is not plowed or is too icy and dangerous we will take customers to an alternative location that provides the same opportunity to see the aurora.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the Northern lights. However, there wasn't a structure to go to so it was all outside regardless of weather or one could sit in the van used to transport to the site.

Out tour guide, Gina S. was great. She arrived at my hotel on time and was very attentive to everybody’s needs. She got the group to a viewing spot on Murphy Dome away from other people so we could enjoy the Northern Lights experience. I appreciated her knowledge about Alaska and how to use my phone to take great pictures
