Sea kayaking requires a moderate level of physical activity. It is not recommended for guests with back problems, limited upper body strength or anyone who is prone to seasickness. In addition to paddling a kayak, guests need to be able to climb short sets of stairs; walk to the departure point; climb on and off the office boat; ascend and descend a short ladder; and sit on the dock or loading platform to get in and out of kayaks.

My wife and I loved this excursion! First of all we had to call the owner to help us reschedule since Viator would not. The owner made it real easy and his crew made it even better! Jake gave us a ride to Orca cove where we met Chloe and Atrayu. They were an amazing crew. We loved all the information about the area and sea life. The food after was delicious. It made our trip to Alaska a memorable one. We would recommend this excursion to friends and family!!!

My daughter and I selected the orca Cove Sea Kayaking. Stan and Atreyu met us right on time and on the boat ride out we were lucky to see humpback whales feeding! At the catamaran headquarters, Matt was helpful, friendly and encouraging-we were a little bit nervous but the pros took awesome care of us! We loved our time on the water with Atreyu-he was an amazing tour guide and had many interesting and informative stories for us, and he taught us lots about the natural history and wildlife in the area. We loved seeing jelly fish, eagles, Salmon and starfish. We definitely encourage anyone to participate in this trip-you will love it!

terrific kayaking, fun and friendly guides, beautiful peaceful location, Mike, Jake and Atreus made the day relaxing and yet exciting! got to see a humpback up close.
