The service was canceled without notice to me. We had to scramble to get transportation. I want immediate reimbursement

Gary the driver was waiting for us at the airport. Was an excellent communicator and gave us plenty of insight and tips about the island and its attractions. Highly recommended

No cars therefore the pick up was canceled and we were not notified until I called the company and they said to ask for a refund
