Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)

Was not impressed at all. We were to be picked up in front of our hotel at 3:45 am. We stood in the cold for 30+ minutes, I walked around 3 sides of our hotel to see if they were somewhere else. Did not no what our driver was driving. I spoke to 3 taxi drivers out side the entrance. Our driver was parked And sitting the whole time. Never knew he was there. He never rolled the windows down to ask if we were his ride. And we couldn't see in. He also made a rude remark as we were losing our luggage into his SUV. Then, when we got to the airport, he chased me down demanding I pay him. This was prepaid. He continued shouting at me, pointing at his phone to pay him $27 and some change. The girl that was with me paid it to make him leave us alone. Horrible, horrible experience. We should receive tha Money back. If it was for a tip...w REALLY should get our money back,

Drive arrived on time but was very rude and actually yelled at us at one point. He realized that we did not appreciate his behavior and tried to be nice and talk to us. He was upset at the sizes of our suitcases. He said we should have ordered a larger car, I sure would have, but there were no suitcase sizes on the website. I ordered a car that holds 3 people and e bags, there was no mention of size.. I had to pay an extra $10.00, that is not the issue, his behavior and rudeness is not acceptable.. sorry to mention but his personal hygiene was also a problem. .. we will not use this company again or recommend it.. we have been using the Yellow Taxis, way better option ..

Booked a car to JFK on Thursday 5th for Friday 6th. Got a confirmation by mail. Waited for the car that never arrived… Had to call to cancel it… Really disappointed by a service that was, once upon a time, excellent.
