Communications with dispatch was very clear and easy to understand. Updates were given. Driver arrived on time. Car was clean and fit all 12 of us with 12 suitcases. Drive was uneventful and we arrived safely. Thank you.

Awesome experience. Was informed of the driver’s name, car and license plate via text upon arrival at LGA. Our driver was Shalini for both trips to/from LGA. She was very professional. I will only use this company for my future trips to NYC. Highly recommend.
