Excellent Service, they called the day before to confirm. They sent us a text with the name and phone number of our driver. When we landed he texted us he had arrived. Very friendly and professional.

We booked a luxury sedan and were picked up in a very impressive luxury SUV. We had instant communication with the company and our driver. Just like the description says, they send you a text before you land and so when you turn your phone back on, the text comes through and you know exactly what to do. We did not have to worry about anything with Jet Black. This is an amazing company with extremely nice vehicles. Our driver was professional, friendly and the ride into the city was relaxing. I've been in NYC Ubers and they are quite scary at times with the way the traffic is and with Jet Black, our ride went smoothly and was enjoyable. We had water bottles waiting for us in the vehicle as well. I will use Jet Black for all my transfer needs in the future.
