Brochure: every 30-45 minutes…. In fact way over an hour! Kirk was hilarious and well informative! His bus Betsy did a good job. The second bus had broken seats on the top deck. Other driver spoke too fast. Could not identify the “Deluxe” part of their services.

Getting around the city and the tour was great, love it. we saw a lot of things and learned a lot. Was just fun to ride around we got off a few places and was able to get back on and totally enjoyed the ride.

Bought a day ticket for this excursion thinking that it would be like the hop on hop off buses in other cities with recorded tour guide using earphones. Got on the bus and first thing we noticed was no earphone then we noticed how badly maintained the bus was. Our next disappointment was that the driver was the tour guide and it went downhill from there. We used two different tour buses during our stay with the second driver being far worse than the first. Both drivers thought they were funny and shouted commentary throughout with their own personal take on things. Neither of them gave us any useful information which we could use to plan where we wanted to get off and explore. Both claimed that certain people/places on the route were their ‘ex-wives’. Totally incredible lies. Both has irritating voices and shouted the commentary which was incomprehensible and impossible to understand. Please go back to professional commentary’s with consistent useful information. I’m sure those who didn’t speak or understand English had a worse experience than us! Please update and maintain your buses properly, your tours are not cheap and surely customers deserve a comfortable journey. The only saving grace was that we didn’t buy the two day ticket and instead already chose to use other modes of transport during our stay. Would definitely not recommend this tour
