We drove up to the General Sherman tree the day before our tour just to check it out.. while we saw so much and read many interesting facts about the magnificent sequoias at the museum, this compared nothing to the amount of information and sites we saw on this tour!! If you really want to learn about the park and these trees, this tour is a must!!! Our guide, Alyisha, was AMAZING! A former park ranger, she was so knowledgeable, had many stories to share, fun to talk to, and just a great guide!!! Loved her and loved the tour!!

Paul and Eliza served as our guides on a tour of Sequoia National Park. Both were expert in the history and science of the park and they love the park. Both have been guides in Sequoia for more than 20 years and live locally. That alone gives them a unigue and loving perspective of the park itself and the national park system as a whole. Both were approachable and answered our endless questions with expertise and enthusiasm. I have traveled extensively in our national parks and have never had a better tour experience.
