  • Wheelchairs and walkers are acceptable as long as they fold up and can be slid into the vehicle. You must let the supplier know if you are bringing either.
  • We do not guarantee pickup for all hotels. Even if your hotel is on the list, there may be a chance you'll need to meet at an alternate location. Any guest staying outside of Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe will be required to meet at an alternate location to be determined by supplier. Tour supplier contact details will be provided on your pre-paid voucher.
  • The Grand Canyon South Rim is a 7,000 foot elevation, please note this if you have concerns about altitude.
  • There is NOT a restroom on the van. Comfort stops are made throughout the day.

The tour was very enjoyable. The tour guide, Aldo was very informative with a lovely Italian accent. Pickup could have been more convenient. We told the tour operator where we were staying so they could give us a close pickup location. Instead we drove past two hotels where the tour picked up other people. It made the day longer for us and the tour guide.

Seeing the Grand Canyon . The driver Mark, wasn’t respectful of basic human needs. He seemed only interested in getting the trip going and the end.

Our tour was a day well spent with new friends and an awesome tour guide, Diane. She made sure we all knew each others names and where we were from. Diane make the day even better by her stories and history and some fun q&a with us. She stopped to let us explore the city of Williams. Diane heard us talking about taking the helicopter ride at the Grand Canyon and called ahead to see if they would be able to accomodate 3 more people. Yes - that would be doable. I'm so grateful she did too. It was an unbelievable experience! Thanks for the memories Diane and for talking me to sleep (🤣🤣) Stephanie
