This small-group tour is limited in order to maintain an atmosphere suitable for the ghost walk.

  • A Ghostly Encounter’s Storm Policy (as follows)
  • 1. A Ghostly Encounter tours operate rain or shine. Florida weather changes rapidly and is unpredictable, and we monitor our weather prior to all tours.
  • 2. If lighting is present in the area: we will delay the start of the tour for 20 minutes to give the storm time to pass, then proceed as normal.
  • 3. If lightening remains present in the area, management may decide to reschedule the tour. Guests will be moved to the following evening’s tours or to the nearest date convenient with the group.
  • 4. If rescheduling is not convenient, each guest will be provided a voucher for a future A Ghostly Encounter tour, subject to availability. For offer to be valid, guest must present the voucher directly to our office staff upon returning to St. Augustine or speak directly with the office staff to reschedule (not through a third-party booking site). Please remember to bring your voucher with you. Lost or forgotten vouchers will not be honored; however, vouchers do not expire.

5/5 Hippie was an amazing tour guide with a lot of respect for history and respecting those who have passed on. During the tour, there was a gentlemen not in our group who was not respecting a grave, and he confronted the intoxicated individual and educated him. Would love to go on another tour with Hippie.

Loved the walking tour of the town. Lots of history and spooky stories. Only issue is the trolleys and other tourists during busy season making TOO MUCH NOISE when you’re trying to get into a spooky mood. Ghost Guide truly does the best they can in this situation. Otherwise, interesting and informative for everyone in the family. Kids loved taking pictures trying to “catch” a ghost!
