Explore 3 floors with expansive, unobstructed indoor and outdoor viewing areas. The breathtaking views stretch for miles in every direction! We had a great time here. We bought the express passes which were well worth the money so we could spend our short time in the city well, I'd recommend this if you want to maximise your time at the top! We had a bit of a weird moment on the beam where our photos didn't save and we were kindly invited to take them again by the photo sales desk. The staff at the beam were a bit confused though, there was a bit of a communication issue and they were reluctant to let us go again. We spoke to a manager in the end and it was all sorted swiftly and very courteously. I was genuinely impressed by the service we recieved overall. It wasn't a cheap experience but we bought photos, drinks at the bar, the beam, express passes... you could certainly do it on a smaller budget and have just as a good a time taking your own amazing photos. Having said that, I'd do it our way all over again, it was awesome!

Well what more can i say about this observation deck that hasn't already been said! By far and away my favourite of all the observation decks in NYC, loved it so much i went up twice! So much room up there never felt over crowded and managed to get some really good photographs!

The view is beautiful and is somewhat spacious and there is a bar at in the observatory area and the drinks were nice. the employees are very nice. on employee that stood out to me was Nankoo and he was hilarious. He was very nice and me and my friends had a great conversation with him. although i went on a school trip if i decided to go back i would 100% go back here.
