We had a great time. Really enjoyed getting into elevator and riding to the top. All of the staff were friendly. Enjoyed the opportunity to visit the shops as well.

We booked in advance for the morning, and entry was smooth with only a short queue. The views were great, especially of Central Park, which is much clearer from here compared to the Empire State Building. However, since we had already done Empire State with the CityPASS, this felt a bit less impressive—it’s still amazing, but maybe one observation deck is enough. There were photo opportunities available (extra cost), but we didn’t opt in. Also, there’s a café at the top, which is nice if you want a break. Overall, great views, but if you’ve already done Empire State, it might not feel as special.

Amazing views of New York from all angles. No queues. Staff very friendly - Marvin was friendly and had time to speak Lovely coffee shop, plenty of cakes and snacks. They also sold alcohol, it was quite surreal sat on Top Of Rock on a sunny Sunday afternoon drinking a lovely glass of wine. The whole area is lovely Rockefeller Centre, ice skating rink. Would recommend 100%.
