The tickets purchased via Viator were not accepted at the bus station ticket office and I had to purchase two additional tickets. I’ve tried to contact Viator for a refund and received no response. Don’t book

Been to outlets all over east coast - this is the best. Buses were regular. On time . EAsy. Really worth a day of your busy schedule

The shopping day was great but the experience getting on the bus was not. If you are using this company be sure to get there early to pick up your tickets to the bus. Your confirmation on your phone is NOT your ticket. You have to go to the Coach bus lines ticket office in the Port Authority Bus Terminal to pick up your tickets.
