The only thing I would say was that it is not communicated that you have to go to window 11 on first floor before going up to level 4 stance 409/410. By not knowing this it meant that we did not make the bus we planned to get. Also if leaving around 5pm it takes nearly two hours to get back due to the traffic. Was only 45 minutes to get there. Shops were great, we hired a locker so we could put our purchases there instead of having to carry them all day.

Fantastic trip to woodbury commons plenty of good bargains to be had. Make sure that when you book tickets off of viator that you go to the main ticket office as coach usa need issue your tickets before you go to get the coach. We found it was best to do this the day before going. Well worth paying to go out of new york centre as you can save yourselves loads, just take a spare suitcase with you. Coupon books can be downloaded from reception on arrival offering extra discounts just make sure that you have mobile data that works in america to use it.

The large scale was what we expected however the prices still seemed high and the brands we didn’t know were a bit naff. Staff were friendly sometimes overly. Food hall was wide ranging and what we ate was good. Facilities clean and tidy. Nice coach trip there and back from NYC.
