Getting there was no problem although the organisations was chaotic. But getting back we waited for 2 hours for a bus with at least 100 other people. At one point the police was called because every one was pushing to get in the bus . Than we had to wait even longer till enough busses arrived .

The trip was horrible it was very unorganized we waited 3 hours for the return bus it was cold and rainy and no one seemed to care the trip was a total rip off and waste of time

Having arrived in plenty of time at the terminal Viator printed pass and phone pass in hand. Waited in line, on getting to the front the driver was extremely rude and shouted “this isn’t one of my tickets you cannot get on” on checking my ticket he directed me to level one and box 11 to get my ticket changed to one his scanner would accept. On doing changing the ticket with the most helpful ticket man, I returned to be greeted with “see I was right by the driver” On getting to the outlet we where advised of the pickup points and told buses run on the hour after midday back to NYC. Having reached the pick up point at 1345hrs I was expecting to see a bus at around 1400hrs. However no bus turned up at 1400hrs or indeed 1500hrs. Waiting in the cold with now enough people to fill 3 buses when the bus turned up at 1545hrs there was a surge of people fighting to get onto the one bus. Not a nice experience
