I purchased a two way ticket for three person, for a trip to Woodbury Common Premium Outlet and back.
I redeemed my trip on 6 November 2017 and took the 4:15PM bus, and was given a slip that indicated that the last bus leaving Woodbury Common back to Port Authority was 9:26PM and the pick up will be the same place we were dropped off.
We were dropped off outside Woodbury Common at the side of the main road, therefore at 8:55PM we were already at the same drop off point waiting for the 9:26PM bus that never came after waiting till 10PM, just to find out from another bus driver that theres no bus to Port Authority.
Because of this mis-information on their part, the three of us had to uber back to the city that cost us USD86.28. It was a really bad experience for us to be waiting by the roadside that was dark and cold, just to find out the bus service was not available. I have wrote in to Grayline New York on 15th November 2017 with regards to this matter and was told that reviews can take from 10-15 business days at times. Despite my follow up email, up to date we have received no respond from the provider.
Very terrible and disappointing experience.
