Third time of visiting but first time via Viator and using the public transport in New York. Friendly bus staff, great quality coach and plenty of pick up times available. The shops are amazing with great deals and more than enough to keep you busy for a day trip. We could have spent longer!

The tickets that we were issued with were not accepted by the bus operator. We had to go back to the ticketing office and have new tickets generated which resulted in us missing the bus. We then had to wait another hour for the next bus. Apparently this is a known issue by Viator

Day did not start well due to the very rude , impatient coach driver … To the point where he actually shouted at a poor passenger who could not understand what he was trying to tell her … There was a stunned silence throughout the coach … Other than that the day went well and it was a welcomed sight to see a different driver for our return journey .:
