There is everything in this outlets that you could ask for give yourself plenty of time to get round

Directions on viator...horrible...customer service from Coach USA horrible....and thank GOD a bus driver who wasn't suppose to be on shift....needed a few more hours so he offered to take us up there with NO HELP from management.... As soon as we get to the bus terminal we are at the wrong one. We get to the right terminal...we go to the 4th floor like requested....and the bus attentendant told us that's not the right ticket...we then have to race to the 1st floor because the 4th floor ticket counter is closed. We get downstairs to the ticket counter and the lady "helping us" was extremely rude and basically telling us we are going to get left as it is 5 min to departure. After they exchange the voucher we race "literally running" back up to the platform and then we get there the bus is gone and us and about 4-5 passengers are left...no customer service representatives or nobody left there. Super unprofessional after my wife let them know....we will be back please hold it for us and it literally took 4 min....super unprofessional...tge man that was suppose to be the supervisor on duty was ultra unprofessional....HOWEVER the bus driver who came and wasn't suppose to be there....who literally didn't have too....took us and the remaining passengers up there. Outlets were very nice!

It costs $66 each for a bus ride that we could have purchased for $38 from the bus company. We were given no literature on Woodbury Common and no verbal brief. I asked the lady I thought to be the operators rep and she could not tell me the intervals of the returning buses Very poor service... The Outlet centre was great
