We had a very bad experience with the Ticketing Office at the Bus Station. We were travelling and unable to print our tickets. Even though we had the email on our smart phones, we had a confirmation number and ID the staff refused to issue our tickets. They were rude and refused to assist us in any way. We paid for tickets we were unable to use. Viator you need to reassess your Agent and ticketing procedure. We paid for Tickets that we were unable to use. VERY UNHAPPY ! Travellers beware.!
