It was not all a good experience for us . We rode on the back seat with low lying curtains -,unable to see and bumpy roads . Also smell of gas made my husband sick and we terminated our tour in the middle

This review is outrageously inaccurate. Scottsdale Segway Tours has been in business for nearly 10 years and has over 5,000+ five-star reviews. Typically, we 100% own up to negative reviews and use them as an opportunity to improve. However, in this history of the company I have never experienced guests as rude, condescending, or abusive as this group. Other customers on the same exact tour were appalled at your behavior toward them and our staff. They expressed gratitude when you chose to end your tour early as you were negatively affecting everyone's enjoyment of the tour. I would not recommend booking a golf cart tour, that clearly operates on the street with other cars, if you are violently sensitive to the occasional whiff of fumes coming from the numerous vehicles & trucks around us on city streets, or if bumps that wouldn't even wake up a sleeping baby are unpleasant enough for you to ruin another participants tour and verbally abuse our tour guide with over 10 years of experience driving golf carts in Old Town Scottsdale. Although we apologize that you did not enjoy your time on the tour, I would recommend you select something indoors next time and urge other tour operators to avoid this customer at all costs.

This was an interesting, in-depth tour about Scottsdale. Our guide Brian was very knowledgeable about the area. We got off the cart a few times to walk through places including a hotel that has had many celebrity guests and an old church. I would recommend this to first-time visitors!

Tyler (and his team) are absolute professionals! The golf carts they have are brand new and totally tricked out. We have visited Scottsdale before, but Tyler our tour guide, and the owner had so much fantastic information about the city's history along with fantastic recommendations. We didn't want the stress of trying to ride a segway, so this tour was perfect for us and we felt like celebrities! Tyler made sure to take plenty of photos of us throughout the tour, along with dropping us off at one of his favorite restaurants to go try once the tour was over. Money well spent, and would recommend to anyone!
