Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

I was so glad I booked this tour. The people were on time, very nice and just enjoyable. Bring a GoPro if you have one because the view from above beats any view in Hawai’i. If not they also provide pictures of your ride for $30 in an SD card. Trust me you wont be able to hold your phone when your 1000ft above the pacific ocean. Also, get the earliest booking bec parking will be hard to come by it you have a late booking.

Signed 3 teens to ride together for the 1000 feet and a dunk. They had a blast! All smiles when they came and loads of chatter about their experience. Unfortunately, there was no room on the boat for us to just observe that day, but the crew took tons of pictures and sold us the SD card. The crew put safety first, was extremely helpful, and helped make a lifetime memory. Would recommend.
