Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

Our parasailing was canceled on us. So we want our refund . They haven’t tried to make it right or get us our refund . All day we watched people parasail , before and after our scheduled time .

Aloha Aaron, sorry we had to cancel your boat. When the weather is high winds we must look at the weather report every hour. When it reads gusts over 25 mph we cannot go out until the next report reads less than 25 mph. This is the safety standard that the US Coast Guard allows for, in the event of a serious injury and it occurs during an hour that the report read over 25 mph gusts the captain can be arrested and his license taken away. So, on high wind days it usually does not get too windy until about 11:00 or 12:00 pm, the mornings are usually calm so it is no wonder you noticed parasailing prior to your schedule group. If we did go out after your group was cancelled it probably was a few hours later when the wind calmed down. I am sorry and it may be difficult to understand but please try to because we do not cancel unless we have to for safety and for lawful reasons.
