No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight rations, and are up to the captain to decide
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Minimum of 5 yrs of age to participant or ride the boat
Not recommended for those who have Flu-Like Symptoms
48-hour cancellation policy- People who are at risks are discouraged to participate in this activity; - No expectant mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for expectant mom); - No one who had recent injuries or surgeries; - The triple flight is dependent on the wind and weight ration for the Captain to decide. No Guarantee; - Must be at least 5 yrs. old to participate in an activity or to ride in the boat. Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity. - Children 15 yrs of age and under must have their parent or guardian to be on board with them; Children 15 yrs of age and under must have their parent or guardian to fly with them; - Maximum of 450 lbs. weight combined for 2 or 3 people to fly together - A person over 250 lbs or more should be able to fit into the belt of the harness to fly. - Heavy people must be able to walk healthy without an assistant; - Elderly must be in good health condition (SORRY, High risks individuals are discouraged to participate due to Covid-19) - No handicapped persons unless they are able to walk on their own, healthy walk (no wheelchair); No one with mental conditions allowed on board. - No babies and no kid under 5 yrs of age are allowed on board. This was a fabulous experience! I'm afraid of heights but the staff kept us all calm and relaxed. So glad we did it!

My wife & two kids went parasailing together as I was not able to due to an injury. We booked on Waikiki beach the day before for just the two kids & although a little pricy at $85 each for about 10-12 min, I wanted the kids to experience it. Picked up on time at hotel for short transport to pier by talkative chap Greg. He had many takes, jokes & suggestions for us during our ride which were appreciated but I couldn't have done it for a 30 min ride! He did pull out the consent/waiver form very close to arrival with little time to read it but I have been in many of these types of excursions before & they are all fairly standard, relieving them of all liability but you can always choose not to go. Do your research for safety, this is a very good outfit! Once on boat, my wife decided she would participate with kids & the crew were very accommodating & helped her get ready last minute. The three had an absolute blast, incredible sights & my wife who is deathly afraid of heights said she had no problem with it! They even got dunked briefly into the ocean twice which they loved & we got a memory card with some incredible pictures taken by crew. It was also enjoyable just riding around the waves in the sun taking in Waikiki as the other two groups had their turns. And the best part is that from pickup T hotel to drop off again was under 1.5 hours so took up very little part of the day! Use this operator of you are going to do it! Other than the lady in the office who wasn't overly friendly, everyone else was extremely friendly & very fun & it felt like a very safe experience!

Everyone really enjoyed this boat trip and parasail and great views were had of Waikiki during the trip. Staff were pretty professional although did make a lot of jokes suggesting that there were sharks in the water that needed to be watched out for which greatly scared the kid which was unappreciated. Other than that parasailing was a great experience and i would defiantly do it again on a return trip to Hawaii and would most likely consider going with Hawaiian Parasail again.
