Choose a morning or afternoon tour to fit your schedule, parasailing approximately 5-8 mins with tandem/triple with other people. 3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight rations, and are up to the captain to decide
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Minimum of 5 yrs of age to participant or ride the boat

Thanks to Steve, the local Expedia expert at the Ala Moana Hotel, for helping us book this adventure! I've wanted to parasail for years, but was afraid it wasn't safe. I was very surprised to experience it for myself with this company, and I would encourage everyone to give it a try. It's very safe and easy. The take off and landing are very gentle, and carefully controlled by the boat captain. The captain and first mate (the outstanding photographer) are sensitive to people's fears and want to make it an enjoyable experience for all. We did the 1,000 ft line, but I don't think it went any higher than the shorter lines, so I wouldn't pay extra next time. The photos we got were outstanding and provide us with plenty of smiles at the memories.

We were out for a morning walk along the Ala Moana harbor looking at the boats when we decided to check Hawaiian Parasail out. My husband has parasailed many times & is jump qualified. I, however, had never experienced this before....wow! From our first contact with the young lady in the booth to our boat operators it was a first notch experience. We chose the 600 foot line but they upgraded us to 800 when our rode was delayed due to a van breakdown; no fault of anyone but because we were delayed they offered us the upgrade. The photos were awesome, well worth the $$....enjoy!

Selected Hawaiian Parasail based on Trip Advisor Reviews. Second to last group to be picked up from series of hotels. Time from pick up at our hotel to return to our hotel was 80 minutes. 14 passenger van (difficult to get in and out of - relegated to rear seats due to pick up schedule) 12 passengers on the boat 9 of whom went up in 3,2,2,2 configurations. Courteous van driver. Observers discouraged from taking photos which was disappointing. The intent is to have clients buy memory cards of photos ($30.00) taken by boat staff. Quiet smooth ride compared to "sitting on a swing". Unlikely to repeat the experience as it is a case of been there done that.
