The experience itself was amazing. The views of Hawaii 1000 feet in the air is breathtaking. The two staff on the boat are pretty fabulous as well. However, the sound of the ropes snapping as we were being lifted into the air was horrifying. They were about to break, this I am sure. New equipment is needed to ensure passenger safety and confidence. Please update your lifting gear ASAP. Boat returned 20 minutes early as well. We did not get a full one hour tour.

Happy that the experience as you say was amazing and my staff were fabulous. As for the sound of the ropes snapping, that was likely the sound of the parachute itself fluttering in the wind. My company is one of the few companies in the industry that utilizes the strongest line, or rope as you say, possible. It is call "Dyneema", you can look it up, it is a synthetic line that is 3 times stronger breaking strength than the Nylon line that most other companies use. The other companies don't use it because it is also 3 times more expensive, but I don't sacrifice safety for money. Even many barge tow boats are changing from steel cable tow line to this Dyneema synthetic tow line. We change and document the change to new tow line every 3 months without exception. You must not have gone out with a full boat to have come back early, we usually go out with 8-10 persons and fly 2-3 persons at a time and that takes up a full hour. The boat ride to start location takes 5-10 minutes each way so you either were the only ones on that trip or were with only 1 other party to have come back earlier than 1 hour. You are buying and we are selling parasailing not boat rides. The description on any of our editorials mentioning 1 hour boat ride is for the purpose to inform the customers of how long they may expect to be out in the ocean on this parasail boat, most people are concerned about becoming seasick if they are out in the boat for too long of a period of time or they are concerned due to other activities they have planned after going parasailing. I hope that helps to explain your concerns with your trip out on one of my boats while parasailing. Thank you!
