Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for pregnant travelers

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

It was my 11 y/o and I. Due to COVID 3 groups of 2 on boat. Great Crew. Helpful, friendly, and entertaining. Very smooth process without any concerns.

That is fantastic that you took your 11 year old out parasailing, what a nice forever memory for the two of you. I took my 2 year old with me his first time, I can do that because I am the owner, otherwise have to be 5 years old, but I love looking at the video of him and I at the time. Thanks for your review.

We have never parasailed before so we were unsure what to expect, but it was so fun!!! It’s like you’re floating in the air, so peaceful! The guides made it fun too!!!

Thanks for your nice review, the key word is "peaceful". For many, that is the farthest thing from their mind, they are thinking scary or the like, but it really is such a quiet peaceful experience with the greatest view you could get.

I scheduled the 1-Hour Parasailing activity with a friend. Originally, the tour was canceled due inclement weather. However, the company quickly offered to reschedule us for the next day at 8:00am. There was a lot of communication from the company and I really appreciate that. We left the dock for parasailing right on time. The tour guides were very informative and made us feel comfortable. It was my first time parasailing and I would definitely do it again with Hawaiian Parasailing. I was with a group of four other people. And we all made it back within the hour. My friend and I even had time to complete one final activity before our flight took off that same day. This is a must book!
