Overview

Hawaii looks even better from horseback, so hop on and join us for an adventure you’ll always remember. Led by a friendly guide, you’ll travel through pastures and mountain trails, seeing the gorgeous sights of Oahu’s North Shore along the way, with its clear, blue water, offshore islands, and white sandy beaches. You also get a sneak peek into the Hidden Cave, featured on “Hawaii 5-0”.

You’ll ride to the top of our lookout point and feel proud of yourself for getting there like a real paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy). We look forward to you being a part of our Ohana for a day here at Gunstock Ranch.

CHECK-IN TIME: Check in is 45 minutes prior the start time of tour. A safety demo is given 15 minutes prior to the tour, if you miss the safety demo will have missed your tour
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Minimum age is 7 years
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. 240lb/109kg weight limit.
Long pants and covered shoes are recommended; bring a light jacket if the weather is cold
We ride rain or shine. If canceled due to unsafe weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Phones or small cameras are allowed.
No pregnant or intoxicated riders are allowed to ride.

If it was an option, I’d give it a 4.5 out of 5. The ranch was beautiful and the horses were great. It was my husband and I and our 7 year old daughter. The staff was very friendly. Trinity was our tour guide and did an excellent job. Extremely friendly and personable. This excursion was probably the best part of our trip, completely worth the price. The downside was we only saw the ocean once or twice during the tour. The Mountain View’s were beautiful but most of the ride is through trees and dead brush. Overall a fun day for our family and would definitely recommend.

It was a memorable experience at the Gunstock Ranch. We booked a 90minute scenic ride but due to unexpected roadworks, we were stuck in traffic and were panicking when we called and notify them of the situation. The staff at Gunstock were very kind and found a workaround solution, enabling us to enjoy our horseriding experience. Nalia was our guide and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We enjoyed hearing the stories about the ranch, its history, and its animals. Hearing Nalia talked about our horses' personalities was very entertaining as well. We loved the photos Nalia took for us, and she went the extra mile of emailing them to us. Needless to say, we were extremely grateful and appreciative of the experience we had at the Gunstock Ranch. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oahu!
