Did two tours, USA Guided Tours and Small Bus Tours. USA was a disaster. The bus was old and noisy and the guide was unintelligible and belligerent, cursing at my wife when, at a break, she asked him to speak a little louder. We left at the first stop and got a refund. Small Bus, on the other hand, was excellent. The bus was comfortable and quiet. Our guide, Bryant, was witty and charming and knowledgeable about the history and architecture of NY with lots of interesting nuggets. (His trick for riding the ferry is unbeatable.) They even drove to pick us up when we went to the wrong location to start the tour. We gave Bryant a $100 tip and he was worth every penny.

This was an excellently organised tour: clean bus, polite driver and guide, and exciting itinerary! I would like to particularly recommend Bryant as a guide! He represented everything that a good guide should be: knowledge interwoven with curious facts about sights, desire to accommodate everyone on the tour, and, moreover, he has this sparkling sense of humor which made our excursion an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing tour in NYC with Guy (driver) and Bryant as our tour guide. Both were very friendly and easy going. Bryant is an excellent tour guide with knowledge of the city (and more) but mostly love for what he does. His energy, his happy character, his singing abilities made our experience unforgettable. Do not forget to ask for Bryant with a “T”!!! ❤️…Love from Greece ❤️
